What would you pay for this?

I have a chance to buy an 01 Izuzu NPR diesel it has a 16ft flatbed, hyd liftbed, AC, power everything with only 115k miles. Its a nice truck I would have to build the landscape body and put 2 new tires on but that's bout it. Let me know what you guys think please.

I'd think it would be the ideal vehicle. It would be even better if there were some way to make the dovetail removable so you could use the dump bed occasionally. Because the day you make the lift bed unusable you'll think of 7 different ways you'll want to use it.
I'd think you could make the dovetail like a big wedge with hooks on the top edge. then weld pegs to the sides of the lift bed. Then you could raise the bed, back into the hooks, lower the bed and you wouldn't even have to lift it. The truck would pick it up.
(been thinkin' about this for some time and that's what I'd do)

NADA guides don't list trucks, but any truck dealer could tell you what it's worth.

I think the NPR is the ideal landscaper truck. Good luck with it.

Thanks David that's what I planned on doing . Just found out today its actually an 03 model someone on here should know bout where I need to be. I'm thinking it has to be somewhere between 6k and 8k ?
