I was wondering what labor runs for some other LCO's ( who have employees)? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve -- we don't have employees so we're unable to help you out! I'm interested to hear what others have to say about this too! We may hire in the future.

i think what he is trying to say is how much of your income goes to them
you would take what you have to pay your employees for a job divided by what you got paid for the job
im solo so i dont know what a common percent is but i know in the resturant industry its about 25-30%

$9 to $18 an hour
Labor generaly runs aprox 40% of your income.

Thanks,
I enjoy reading what others are saying. I run in the 30- 40 range. Like to see if there is an average for certain area's.

On a two man crew grossing an average of $2300/wk, payroll is appx. $750. -So that would be a little over 32%.

I pay $15 to $20 per hour and it is approximately 20-25% of our Gross Income. I know that sounds like a lot, but I do not care for call backs or complaints so I pay well...especially in the evening hours when i am relaxing.
Now, leave me alone please, LOL

Then add workmens comp and matching their taxes and you have about 42%
