I hvae a 2002 GMC Sierra and was looking to level out the front end and heard the idea about the torsion bars. Has anyone tried it? What do u think of it?

3-4 turns on the bars then get a alignment.

agreed...make sure you get an alignment and try to stay away from aftermarket keys if you can since they allow you to put way to much preload on the bars

It's going to give you a rougher ride and your Bottom A arms will bottom out it you have a heavy load on.
The best way to go is get a leveling kit it's just new torsion keys and shock extenders so your shocks arent over extended.
they go for around three hundred to four hundred.
Just my op.

x2. I build offroad trucks. Torsion bar jacking+alignment is a poor man's lift and brings problems down the road. This truck is a work truck that needs to work. Do a leveling kit If you want to level it.
