Picked up a new customer, former company was only mowing part of the lawn and then leaving, anyway. She wants to pay me every time I am there. That's a good thing. Tells me we are doing an excellent job, she is very happy. She then asks me if she can give me a little advice. I say sure. She says if you mow the opposite direction I won't see those ugly lines in the grass (stripes). I was not surprised and explained to her that was the pro way to mow a lawn. She had no clue what I was talking about. I told to turn on the Oriole game and look at the field. I will mow the opposite way from now on because the customer is always right!
