Not Quite Ready

I'm not quite ready for a website. But, I am close enough that I would like to reserve a domain name and be able to use the domain name as my email address, i.e. email me at domainname.com

My problem is that I am technologically illiterate. How do I go about this? Where do I get my domain name? What do I need to do in order to use that domain name as my email address?

Go to godaddy.com and search for the domain you are wanting. See if its taken. if its not ,then follow directions to make it yours.

And remember that it does not last forever. Maybe pay for a couple of years. And be sure to give a long-term email for renewal notification in case you forget.
