Just moved to AZ from the land of 10,000 lakes (MN). I've always enjoyed the winters in Arizona so this year I decided to start up a home caretaking and maintenance service at one of he many golf/retirement communities.

Good luck! You won't find many AZ guys on this site and you won't find a whole lot of quality in the Valley either. A lot of fly by night companies. It's a whole different animal, have fun.
