Encore Prowler any good?

There is a 2 year old Encore Prowler with 800 hours available not far from me. It has a 61" deck and a 24 hp liquid cooled Kawasaki.

Are these any good?

|If they are giving it away I'd keep the motor and that's it. Run away , run far and fast, Encore is bad.
