Hello to everyone here, im new to this site, and need pricing help.
I have a customer who i have been mowing for and he just told me he wanted to do a resod, he will buy and have the sod delivered, and he wants me to give him a quote on getting rid of his existing lawn and laying down st. augustine.
Right now he has bahia and weeds, about 1600 sq ft total of lawn, what would be the best way to get rid of his existing lawn, and what would be a good price to charge him(ballpark figure). Right now i mow every 2 weeks, st augustine would require every week, which he knows so i will be making more just cutting.
geographically, i am in central florida and sod is going to run him about 80 a pallet delivered
