What do you fellas think a Scag 2007 61in TT 27 Kohler with 250 hrs may be worth? I think I can get this machine cheap enough to have money left over to get a larger trailer and kick it up a notch from my 48in exmark I currently run. Kill 2 birds for the price of one new mower.

Anything under $5500 would be a good deal!

I would consider $7500-$8500 a fairly good price. Alot of it just depends on your area and the kind of pricing your dealer has on them new. I would call ask for a quote on a new one and go from there. Especially if you can find a demo for the same price with a warrenty left on it that would be the way to go.

Around 5k would be a good deal. Screw buying a new or demo with the warranty. There is no way you will have 4k worth of repairs on a mower with 250hrs.

I think anything under 7000 would be fair and anything under 6000 to be a steal.

Yeah good point on the demo. I guess it just depends on what price you can get it for. If we knew that it would help us out on what advice to give.

Thanks for the opinions. I think I can get it below 7000. Its in great shape. The owner was obviously big on maintenance.

under 7000 would be a solid buy.

My dealer wouldn't sell me my Wildcat with the Kohler, he said they're nothing but trouble, so I went with the LC Kawi....Never had a kohler, so I can't speak on it's behalf, but I wasn't gonna tell my dealer "no" since he has much more experience with the machine than I did.

Anyone hear good/bad about the kohler?

what would you want for your 48? what year, hours, shape,?

That would be like selling my best friend. Thanks for the offer though but my intent is to pull both mowers and hopefully increase production and take some pressure off the exmark. I have a few larger accounts that the Scag would love to devour while the exmark supervises. LOL
