this will be my first attempt at installing a new lawn and need a little help. i just moved and the yard is 50% weeds 30% fescue and 20% bermuda. I figure the best place to learn is on my yard.
its about 30,000 sq ft of grass and i am going to be installing irrigation at the same time. i will be seeding with fescue.
what is the best way to deal with the old turf after i kill it off with roundup?
power rake, slit seeder, aerate, or tiller?
what steps do you recommend?
any help will be much appreciated.
