what is your favorite brand and model of finish mower? any downsides or anything else that would be helpful?

Exmark Lazer Z (ZTR) and Exmark Turf Tracer (walkbehind).

Yeah, I love Exmark mowers! :D

Advantages? Too many to list here. Just go demo one.

Disadvantages? None that I'm aware of.

im talking about a small push style or self propelled for the little places a large mower cant go.

Honda 21' Comm. and llandscaping-of course you dont have to change the oil but u DO have to mix the oil:confused:
