Maintenance Bidding

Hey everyone,

How do you bid a maintenance job?.......this may seem like a general question....

Do you estimate by man/hours to complete? By size? By task involved? How do you figure the price of a maintenance job?

We do Landscape Design/build and are wanting to get into the maintenance side of the business also....
