What are some questions you ask on your 1st contact with a perspective client over the phone to help weed out the 1 timers or as needed, junk accounts, Etc

Well i find when the first words out of their mouths are "what do ya charge" they are probably not the client for me.
I try to ask them what they expect in a lawn care service, and find most people will tell ya.

Umm is this for the season program?
Is this just one time.
Just kidding.
I don't ask many questions, The customers pretty much tell you right off the bat what they are looking for.

"Are you interested in a weekly or biweekly service?"
If not, we either talk 'em into one or let them go.

Is your IQ over 80 ?
Are you on a fixed income for ever?
Do you fire the new lawn guy every month becouse he cuts to often?
Do you think a good cut looks like your living room carpet?
Have you called ten other contractors for a free estimate?
I could add alot to this list but this should be a good start,of course you can't ask all these ,but you get the idea to weed out some people who will waste your time.
