What is an average price for an one acre lot? Including mowing, weed eating, edging, clean up....everything you would do to complete the job for each cut....

How long does it take you guys to cut this size....on average....?

Thanks guys....

$40 to $60 in my neck of the woods.

Unless you call the guy who has the scrap plywood sign down on the corner which says "All Yards Mowered...$20" scribbled in Magic Marker. :D

I just spray paint mine on the over-passes and fences on the corners.

$65 and up for me to cut an acre lot.

I can't see charging anyone 30 bucks to cut an acre lot that is all grass with no trimming. To me that's way too low.

Question is kind of vague due to too many variables...terrain, amount of trimming, obstacles, etc.

My answer (and it is kind of vague) would be $55 to $85. Sorry.

I have about 20 1 acre properties and I charge $40 for each. They only take about 30 min each no matter how much trimming.

Alright Landscraper...I'll make a deal with you...

I'll quit swiping your billboards if you quit putting them in my frontyard. I was getting tired of trimming around them.

SLS, Have you seen the ones in the Hermitage area around here? They are spray painted "Roofing and total lawn care" and underneath the sign is another sign that says "Only low life criminals steal signs." HMMMM, I wonder why he put that there.

Oh yeh, the acre thing......I also get $40 - 60.

Landscraper:

Nope, I haven't seen those signs...but we have our share of them out here in Madison/Goodlettsville.

Are they made of irregularly-cut scraps of plywood? Maybe it is not criminals who are taking them-but just kids building a clubhouse or a skateboard ramp. :D

The "city" usually cleans them up around here when they mow the right-of-ways....or after there are 25 or so crumbling, wilted, and faded signs obstructing the vision of drivers at the 4-way stops. Sometimes the 4-way intersections look like the city landfill because of all the signs...and other trash. :(

I get $45 for an almost perfectly square acre lot. Wide open cutting, very little trimming, edging etc. Takes me about 45 min- 1hour. Closer to an hour this time of year cause I have to slow down a little more for the @$%#$ Bahaia seed shoots.
