Need a good walk behind mower

I just found this website what a great resource.

I need to purchase 2 walk behinds for a large job(residential, gardens). These will not be back ups and will be getting a lot of use (6, 10hr days continuous use a month.) I'm thinking of the Ex mark Metro 26 or the Commercial 21. Any thoughts? I have a Turf Tracer and love it. It's just to much machine for this job.

I'd read the feedback on the Exmark metro 26. If you need to mulch, need to jockey the mower around a lot, or want super reliability, it might not be what you need.

If the Turf tracer is too big/long, maybe consider one of the small standers (32-36"). Wright, Gravely, and others have them. Toro has just come out with smaller deck versions as well. They are more compact, but check feedback on rutting/wear due to the smaller tires on that size machine.

The Better Outdoor Products Quick 36 single and dual hydro mowers are very compact, light, and get generally good reports. Think of them as a faster, more powerful 21" alternative and they look pretty good. Plenty of reports on them here. Just do a search.

If you're bagging, the Snapper 21" Hi-Vac cuts real well and has superb suction. It sucks so well, that a lot of guys will edge first and blow the trim clippings onto the lawn and run the mower last. It leaves nothing behind.
