Clean and simple...I like it!
looks nice but ferns are evergreens, not perennials. That was the first thing I noticed.

Looks nice. How about "perennial pro Lawn & landscape"? I don't think the clientel will notice your fern, thats why they hire you because they don't no anything about plants. I put "All American Lawn Care" with an American flag and got no calls!!! LOL!!!

Quite honestly, I think the fern looks sharp.

I think it looks great, how about a new color scheme though, maybe a light green fern and dark green letters or something, I just don't like the blue, what do you guys think?

I think you hit the nail on the head! Light & dark green
yep that would look great
are you planning on having this embroidered on anything? If so have you taken it in? The reason Im asking is because the fern has a lot of small detail. My logo does as well and a lot of people have said it would be hard to get good detail.

Here is a curve ball,
I think the blue looks good for the lettering, what would it look like if the fern is green? and move behind the lettering? kinda behind the P and stretching above the lettering?
Just a thought, the fern looked lonely and out of place up there by itself.
I also agree with rlee about the embroidering, that fern will NEVER come out clean and crisp embroidered.

Green is a little over used in the landscaping industry. I know it is the first color you think of, but I want to set myself apart. As for the color choice, a lot of women are attracted to this color...or so I'm told.
As for the embroidery, I just had some polo shirts made and they look pretty sharp. The fern was a concern, but it turned out nicely.

Yeah, lol.
I do think it might look neat to put the furn behind the letters extending over them, but it just depends on what you want your logo to look like.

Yeah, I'm married so that is not my motive. In suburbia many women are the ones to hire. It may all be relative to your location, but bottom line, it's a color that stands out and is not used by every other lco in town.
can you post a pic of the embroidered shirts? I'd really like to see the detail.

I tried to attatch the approval file and it was too large. The fern does not have all the little detail, but it will suffice for a 3.8x1.8 embroidery.

it could be a poisetta leaf
looks good! I would be happy with that.

I hate the image of a fern. Of course, if you have ever raked wild Maine blueberries before, you would also hate ferns. lol. If I NEVER see another fern in my life, it will be too soon.
Oh, for the logo, I like the green better myself, but I think the blue could work as well.

ditto. I'd prefer a greener, less blue color...but that could be partially my color setting on the monitor and is 100% my opinion.

I like it to, clean simple, classy, i like the font. When considering my logo i thought about how it would look on a letter head in black ink, and in vinyl matched up with color of the trucks, how it would blend, and i guess to the degree it would stand out. I would like to see a side by side in green with some blacks.
I rally like the log, but I too question the color scheme. I know green is so over-used in our industry - but you chose to have a plant -not much sense that it's blue? You dould definatley work in green to bring it more in line with what you do. But great job!

It looks good. I get tired of seeing all the logos with a tree in them. The leaf is refreshing.

I like blue. I am so sick of green everything. I understand and it makes sense to have green. It is the green industry.
We just got done doing a new logo and its blue and white. Why cause I like the color and to be different than the 35 other companies that roll past my house.
