They look great! I'm guessing that on the front you're doubling up the passes for a wider stripe? At least that's what it looks like.
Which makes me wonder why not use a larger/faster mower like a 36"???

What did you `fill your roller up with ?i used some rocks in mine.
Ive only been useing mine on my own lawn, how has the roller held up commercially?

i've got a roller from inventtek and it's filled with gravel.. the roller weighs in at 25 pounds which is less then what i wanted but couldn't find anything to make it heavier. so far it's held up pretty well but i did have to drill some holes into it and make it work better.. the roller will slide out of place without this modification... i should take some pictures of that too so you can see what i'm talking about... and i would be using a 36" mower but i haven't gotten one yet so i'm making do with what i've got...oh and yes i'm doubling up my stripes to make it wider ... it's an easy pattern and doesn't take any longer to do...
