Rate this grass seed blend for inland north west climate?

Frankly I'm not a big fan of Tall fescue being 44% but I'm considering this blend for 3 renovation I have pending in areas with a fair to heavy shade.

I am not familiar with the climate. "Other Crop" is a little high...this could very well be poa or quackgrass contamination. The bottom 3 have only 80 percent germination--the legal minimum. The Applaud Perennial rye is good because it has resistance to red thread, brown patch and rust. Applaud has a good overall score. Rebel IV is also good--but maybe you have snowmold problems. Rebel has moderate shade tolerance. I think it is a good blend for your purpose.
