Bentgrass lawn renovation

I have a lawn that is mostly bentgrass and the customer wants to put a new lawn in. Would it come in if I killed off the bent grass and slit seeded after it died off?

Sure...just kill it with round up...wait 10 days or so...then seed into the dead thatch/plant layer....works like a charm using the dead plant as a blanket.
