sod install price...

hey guys im doing a sod job for a guy. hes got 450 square feet.
im charing $1 sq foot to rip up level and lay new. does that price include the price of the sod?

I dont price overall by square foot, I break down the price of sod by sq ft, starter fert, top soil (9 out of 10 times we use at least a yard of it) then labor by the man hour, and equipment rentals, usually just a rototiller add all that up and thats my price. $ 1 a sq ft for 450 ft sounds a bit low to be honest but I dont know what your paying for sod, if your using other materials, renting equipment etc
