This week i had an isssue with the tenant at a rental property. This man come running out asking me if i was sure I was at the right place. I looked at him for a minute and wanted to laugh because the lady who owned the house had told me that the gentleman was trading services for a reduction for rent and he did a terriable job so she wanted someone to come in and do it.
So any how I told the gentleman that i was sure that i was at the right place and he told me that he cuts the grass and told me to stop cutting it.. Well i politely told the gentleman that he would have to take the issue up with his landlord and today the grass was getting cut. He went stomping in the house and I made a comment to my self, Its not a good felling getting fired.....
