OK, I have a few questions about mulch. Onew company that is local to me has 2 types of paper mulch. Comes in 50 or 33 lb bags. The literature on both the bales has loading tips for each brand of hydroseeder When I get to the Turbo Turf 750, they each say to use 4-5 bales!:confused: But with a 17 lb difference between the two, how could this be so? The 50 lb bale us actually much smaller in size than the 33. But also MUCH more dense. The 33 lb bale is made by Applegate. The 50 is by "Hydrolok". What are your opinions? Also, what type of water soluable fert. are you guys mixing this time of year? All these guys had yesterday was 20-20-20. Seemed a little hot for these 98 degree days here in MD. Another question...are you guys adding additional tackifier to mulch that already has it in it? Any help greately appreciated.
