I just got my new Turf Tiger after mowing several yards I am very impressed. I thought my Everride was a good cutting machine but the TT is in a league of its own. Handles the hills better, stripes the yards better(with no kit) The ride is better. No wonder they have not changed much in 10 yrs. Also the blades that came with it are worth every penny stays sharper longer.

What engine does it have? Also, how much are TT costing in Louisville? Thanks.

27 air cooled Kohler. $9200 plus 350 seat and 200 chute blocker. The first tank of gas was just under 1.5 per hr. I did not want Liquid cooled or EFI every shop mancanic said not worth the money and to expensive to fix.

You're going to bust his bubble. He'll be burning almost twice the fuel with 2 less HP.! Price difference on the mowers might make a difference.

i bought a 2000 with only 750 hours on it... i had to replace the gear box on it so i rented a new exmark with the triton deck... the scag had a much nicer cut and was just flat out better

Congratulations on your purchase!!!:clapping:The shop mechanic lied about the 29DFI not being worth it.....it's worth every penny. I've had mine for 2 years and not one problem. As far as fuel consumption...I've only filled it up once in 2 years!!!!:dizzy::dizzy:No, really, it barely uses any fuel and is a huge savings in the long run. My diesel STT is even better.
