Does Lesco have a web site?

http://www.lesco.com/

Remember...if you do use any of these products or get your hands on some from wherever  try not to apply if temps are going to be over 85. Also you will want to use a sticker at a very low rate.

scrapper,
will any retail store sell something like this?

and how about a product that will kill grass and not kill the Ivy? IS there such a thing?

Sure...Weed-B-Gone is an Ortho product. They probably sell it at K-Mart.

As for grass in ivy...Fusillade II is labelled for grass in English Ivy as well as other Ivies.

Just a thought, but why not just pay someone who is licensed and can use the products necessary to do what needs to be done?

P.S. It's ScraPer not ScraPPer.
