New 21" Striping Kit

I made this striping kit today. I took 3/4" PVC from the handle brackets, then led it to the 1" tees, which holds the 1" PVC that lays on the ground and is what actually stripes it. Then, I filled it with the fast-setting QuickCrete to add extra weight. I tried it out and it really makes it stripe!! I will post a pic tomorrow.

Looks to be very awkward to steer or reverse especially steer in tight areas??? Seems like it should be closer to the mower deck. Other than that it looks good LOL looking forward to the pics.

Just something I tried. Its hard to turn it in tight areas now, so I will probably take it off and get an Invent Tek Roller.

It looks like if you cut the width down a little and glued a 45 elbow on there pointing up, with a cap in the end, it would turn much easier. Shorting it up slightly may also help.

Great Idea, I will also try. I love those low cost experiments.

smart idea, i will do that tomorrow. you might want to go with
1 1/2 or 1 1/4" pipe so you can get even better stripes.
