Here's an odd question. What do you guys use for sun protection in the way of clothing? I have been considering military desert style BDU shirts. I have been noticing a lot of older people with scars from having skin cancer pulled out of them. I use sun block but being the Irish German mutt that I am, there is a good chance I will never see a tan again. Any other ideas?

I normally wear a large straw hat, spf 15 and up, I wear the breathable athletic shirts in the summer. I probably should wear more sun protection.

I bought some of these. http://www.fishing-shirts.us

They are fishing shirts but they can embroider your company name on them. Have flip up collar for back of neck and are UV coated. Sizes run big.

I don't wear near enough sun protection. I used to like to see how dark I could get in the summer, but now, well I am not real keen on someone taking a pound of malignant skin off my hide. Spf 40 and a large hat this year.

I use 5.11 tactical clothing. I really like the Tac Lite series. It is well vented, wicks well and loose fitting. You can check it out: http://www.511tactical.com

We wear lifeguard straw hats with large brims. They ventilate well and keep the sun off your neck
