need quick exmark mulch kit help installation

I just picked up the mulch kit for my 36 toro fixed (metro) and have no idea how to install it. Does it require drilling through the deck? I am looking to get this thing on tonight since i have two days full of mowing to do. Any help is appreciated. My dealer was willing to install it but at $60 an hr i am trying to save some $$.

If its an eXmark deck it should be pre-drilled. Don't know about the toro part.

Be sure to take the baffle out from under the deck. Should take you about 30 minutes the first time.
