Can anyone offer any good ideas to attract new commercial lawn care accounts other than the traditional yellow pages and word of mouth?:dizzy: :waving:

I have had a great rate of success in securing commercial work through new construction by just calling and expressing an interest in there facility:)

I agree with Just Cut, I have been in business for, this is my 4 year full time since I quit my other job, and all I do is go around and hit all the new constructions site, just ask the owner if they are going to be taking bids for the new site and most of the time they are more than happy to get bids. Helps them get the best price. ( I wish that everyone would look at new construction for work rather than trying to come and under bids somebodys else account, just to have work. But, just have a good and Honest attitude and your name will name will go a long ways.
Good Luck

Go for realty companies. Many own multiple properties.
Most will require a 1 million dollar liability policy, though.
