Need help in north metro area of Minneapolis, MN

I have a 26 unit townhome complex in Blaine, MN that I would like help with. The clean up is done. Help would be for mowing, fall clean up and snow plowing/shoveling. I have all the equipment, so you don't even need to drag your trailer over here. My helper (family member) who was helping me, up and moved to L.A. Everytime I ask a friend to help, they are always "busy". So I thought of giving a shot through Lawn Site. There is 8 hours of weekly mowing on this property. If you are intrested contact me.
