I finally purchased a 1993 F-150 8 cylinder 5.0

Man It is like day & Night......It pulled my Trailer like
I did not even have one behind me.

BIG difference between Amigo Isuzu 4 cylinder & a
8 Cylinder.

I even get 2 job sites alot faster.

Paid $1800.00 great condition...AC etc. etc.....

Well it's not much...but it's a step forward.....;)

Sounds like a good buy Nelson. You should be able to add 2 more leafs on each side when you need them. I will be starting another crew soon and I have being pondering a 1992 - 96 F-150 XL. I will prefer the 300 I6 though, more tourqe and longer life. Its amazing how cheap you find these great lookin little trucks.

I have a 92 F250 diesel and spend about $2500/year in repairs and I do 75% of the work myself. Hope your truck does better than mine. Not ready to spend $600/month for a new one yet.
