What is your opinion on the better way to go, around these non-target plants or tree's? Looking at a few products, PowerZone, SpeedZone, Q4 or Cool Power maybe Trimec C or P. Any ideas or useful information would be great! Target weeds are dandelion, Clover and G/I. Thanks.

2112,
Are you treating bare root areas or in beds only?? Around the lawns is ok as long as the sprays don't come up to the drip line of the plants or annuals. It is hard to tell you how to spray in these types of sensitive areas.
I agree if you are treating shrubbery beds with ornamental trees you do not need to apply amine type herbicides as 3-way. Definately not any herbicide with sulfentrazone, quiclorac, and Carfentrazone in its suspension. You are asking for root damage and plant death.

Pendimethalin is a good substitute mixed with Roundup and is far better in controlling folar and root death of weeds but doesn't stick around to wipe up the mess afterwards.

We mix round up with surge. The first round of landscape spray we use a pre mix of round up and barricade.
