Orlando Florida - Winter Park area

I would like to put a house up for sale in Winter Park. It is an old house, with a few problems, so I have to find out if it is worth fixing and selling, or just selling as is. I do not live in the area. Can anyone recommend a real estate professional that is familiar with the neighborhood? A home inspector may also be able to help me.
