What happens when someone reports a post? i mean what is the process and that on the moderators side of it?

When a post is reported, it is checked out by a moderator.
It is reviewed to see if the reported post has merit to be edited or removed. When a post is reported sometimes there is not always an action taken by a moderator though.

Reporting posts if you see a violation in Lawnsite guidelines is helpful to the moderators. You might not always get a personal thank you for reporting a post, but it is appreciated.
