just hoping to get feed back from anybody out there. main line of work is lawn mowing and light landscape maintenance, i have chance to give estimateon pressure washing a house, wondered what any of you guys charge that do this. thanks for any feedback

1 story up to 1200sq ft. 175 2nd story add 100.

By the hour. You'll never over or under bid a job in your life again. :) just don't go to slow OR to fast. A happy getting it done in a timely manner will do. Figure up what your expenses will be (gas, water, machine itself, ect.) then add in some more for profit.

All the info about equipment, pricing, etc.. can be found at PT State (http://www.ptstate.com)

You need to do some research. Know your numbers, know how long it will take you to wash a 1200 SF house (less than half hour). In my area, charging by the hour is a sure sign of a hack that does not know what how to wash a house.

thx JC in NJ great info on adding power washing to my business i can see i have alot of research and learning to do.want to build my business in a professional manner as my goal is to be 100% self employed as soon as possible.
