In the past, I have ran into, It doesn't need cutting this time. " Well WERE HERE."
or dont come back the kid down the street will do it for xxx.xx
Well you said you would do this.
how come your NOT pulling weeds?
OHHH NO. we didn't agree on this price

I kno some people cut for friends/family. and it's mostly verbal. and whats a few bucks here or there, or a little extra time.

it's HUGE gentelmen:
if you start out this way then you will always be the boy with the lawnmower.
WERE NOT THE BOY WITH A LAWNMOWER

WERE running a full ligit Business. if you dont pay on time there is a late fee, and interest, WE HAVE BILLS TOO

Best of luck

I am new to this forum. Found it looking for contract forms on the web. I am a small landscape / maintenance company owner in Wilmington NC. I have mostly residential with a few HOA's.

bohiaa, if you wouldn't mind I could use some help on the contract forms. I have one HOA that still owes me for March and I need a contract that I can put in a late fee!

u.

I agree. and even though its a little far from topic, When I eventually take a customer to court for non payment, they lose 100% of the time, plus late fees court fees and interest, unless of course when they start crying in court you give them a break

I started contracts this year for residential. Need to refine it more for next year. Was tired of the "Well can't you just do this or that and include it in you quoted price." "I would like you to stop cutting" and it is only september mind you.
