How to replace drive belt on older Lazer

Have a model #LZ25KC604 Serial#220621 which is a 2001 I believe. My question is how to get the belt over the clutch to attach to the pulley. It looks like you can just take out the bolts/nuts that are attached to the clutch with steel wire (limiters?) then attach the belt and replace bolts but I wanted to ask some of you guys first. I blew this one out a couple of years ago and the shop replaced it for me but am hoping to finish a job tomorrow so I would like to know how to do it myself in case it happens while on a job again.

Pretty much what you said. Undo the wire going to the clutch if its limiting the belt from coming off, the loosen the nut the holds the limiter from allowing the clutch to spin. You only have to loosen it, then it should swing out and allow you to take belt off.

Thanks, so do you loosen the nut attached to the frame or attached to the clutch?

Ok , it's on now. Gonna need to keep 9/16 handy in future.
