Have a Hustler 251K that blew the hydro belt, of course it blew it at the far end of my property and the pressure relief valves haven't moved in years. I'll have to fix it in place. My dealer went defunct earlier last year so I got a belt on the way via the internet. I'll have to fix it in place.
I read my owner's manual and it has a belt diagram but doesn't mention actually changing this belt in the appropriate section. From looking at the pulleys involved it seems that I have to remove the deck belt to get the hydro belt on. Is this correct?????
Any helpful hints??
I'd rather move it to the shop to work on it but I don't want to torque any harder on the relief valves. I fear they will break off and I'll need a new assembly.
Thanks in advance
Mike
