How do you lift your mower in order to take the blades off to sharpen them?

I've used ramps, jacks but the fastest I've found is to put a metal pipe under the front casters and deadlift while someone else puts something under the front wheel to keep it up.

Floor jack or run the mower off the side of my trailer ramp.

just lift the front end of a walk behind & set a jack under it or use a floor jack to lift a ztr....

Floor jack or drive up the trailer gate. If it's a WB, I have the jack stands ready, pick up the mower, and slide the stands under.

I just lift it with one hand while I use my other to twist off the bolt.

Absolutely LOVE it. By far one of the best purchases hands down.......and I'm only a homeowner! For a full time LCO it's a no brainer. I know there are several other brands on the market but having a the full sharpening/balancing station in a neat, compact package is quite trick. The results are fantastic, albeit a bit pricey. I have the 9000 and it will last a lifetime.

I made a very unsafe ramp out of a sleeper off cut and a log. Ramps about 45º and only about 2' long so very steep. I drive left castor up it. I have full access to all blades and spindles are high enough to use air impact wrench.

Pics here. Cost $0.00

The best way to do it is just to drive on the side of the gate on your trailer. It is also the safest
