I have redesigned my website and I will be adding to it throughout the summer. What do you guys think? I dont pay much for it because I dont see that a website pulls in any business really. Its just a nice feature to have for people to browse at if they are considering your company or want a little info or want to see who they are calling before they call. Here is the web address. http://perfectgreen.vpweb.com

This following will make an immediate improvement:
1. Sorry not to offend you but get rid of the music, it will drive away half your visitors,
why I don't know but I speak from my own experience.
2. Optimize the images with a jpg compressor.
3. My resolution is 1152x864, the text is off center.
There exists a way to force it to stay within the limits, another way to say it is use a percent for size
instead of a fixed number (that's assuming you used '<font size=x>' simply go with a '<font size=x%>'
although you'll have to play with it).
Peace

Keep the text in the center...it's spilling over into the darker green portion on the right.
I second the opinion on the music. I'd remove that.

No music and loose the shades in your picture. Other than that it seems ok

The site is ok, but Yes PLEASE lose the music. About 15 years ago it was cute to have music on a website, but not in 2010.
Also, you mentioned you don't think a website brings in any business??? I'm not sure what size market you're in, but a large percentage of our business comes directly from the website. Many people these days want to check out a company before doing business with them, and we let people schedule appointments, price quotes, view samples of our work, and much more...without even having to speak to us. Plus, having a website helps you stand out from the majority of lawn care co's that don't have anything other than a name and a phone number.
Good luck to you.

Sorry to be blunt, but there are so many problems with the site - I don't know where to begin. Websites are extremely important these days.
If you can't afford to invest a lot in a good website, then at least find a web service that produces nicely designed simple sites. The one you've chosen is a train wreck!
Sorry, but that's how I see it.

Take the "click here to continue" part out. Go directly to you site. Make it as easy as possible for prospective clients to get to you.
We get 75% of our business from our website - most of the rest is from that 75% referring us to others.
