I need some ideas and advise on what I should do with this area. As seen in pics it is just off my eat in kitchen through a sliding glass door to the backyard. This door is almost Never used because we have another door on the opposite side to a patio. Also the area itself is almost Never used, meter reader probably uses it more then I do hahaha...

Both the wife and I want to either put big patio slabs down or stone or maybe even rocks. We are thinking that instead of grass cause it doesnt get much sun and when it rains it gets messy with our dogs. As of right now we cant figure out if we want to do the entire length to the end of the house or half way with some sort of stone and then grass...

You can see in the pics how there are some very low spots along with highs. As it sits our neighbors land sits higher and it pushes all the water right to our house which is a problem...

So what do you think? If you have something could you please post up how I would go about doing it as well. Thanks...

Area is 33' long to end of house from fence x 6' wide...

Anything you do looks like it would be an improvement, but I would put in a step and a path to the back yard!

Yes anything would be an improvement lol...We bought it as a repo and had to do many other things before hitting the yard....
