is it the spindle or the deck with the problem?

Spindle is ok. It is tilted to the rite or discharge side.
If the blade is across the left side is 1/4" higher. I'd been experimenting with different blades . Cut was lousy .When I put
left and center tip to tip the left was slightly lower. The other end looked higher. The center & right are ok. I put 2, 3/8 washers
put it together closer. my dealer was open 7am Sat.
I bought it there if a warrenty? Used my back up a 52 Lesco w
a T bar and a sulky. If he cannot fix than perhaps a big bar.

I fixed it using 2 1/2"washers they were about .110. Will make up shim pack when I have more time Then checked all blades
shimed as needed to bring all blades even. Cuts like it should.
I've got 860 hrs. I think its been off for a while always double cut
and along curbs looked bad.
