How many hours does everyone have on their Flex Forks? I have 730 hours on my Super Z 60" 30 HP Kohler. I am about 230 lb and installed them when I had 300 hours on mower and they are shot. I cant even do a 3 point turn with out dropping the cut little over an inch on a high end residential lawn. I love the ride but just cant afford to run them anymore. I just think they are wore out as I do a 12 acre church lawn in about 4 hours, all the way down to a city lot with this mower. Should I have supported the weight during the winter to take the pressure off of them?

Are you running a rear catcher by chance? have front weights on the mower?

Ok.
The first thing I would want to do at this point is double check tire pressure and re adjust your deck height and pitch per the last section in your parts manual.

They do wear out, big difference in my old machines to the new ones.. 100 hrs. vs. 1100 hrs.

OK I AM AN IDIOT! The tire presure was at 14lbs. I did it to smooth out the cut even more. I REALLY didnt think it would make that much difference BUT! I ran them over inflated just to see and it made a BIG difference. Have not checked deck pitch yet but will also do that as soon as I get caught up.................... THANKS

Can the torsion springs be replaced? Also, is there one model of Flex Fork for the entire range of Hustlers, or does the Super Z take a different version than the Mini's, etc.?

No the internal workings of the Flex Forks can not be replaced.
There are different model Flex Forks for different series of Hustler mowers, this is due to the size and weight and tire size of different model series.
