I am just starting out, this is my first year and i am already swamped with people asking me to do this and that when i come and mow. The most asked question is can you and how much does power washing my driveway /deck/ walk cost. So far i have been able to convince them to wait until all the stuff stops falling off the trees and i will Ive them a bid in a month when i start.

I need simple answers to the following questions and any helpful information on starting.

is this a good starter unit? 12" Whirl-A-Way @ http://www.ultimatewasher.com/pressure-washer-surface-cleaners.htm#24

How much should i charge and how do i price a job? ie. by the sq ft/yd hrs or something else.

Do i just hook the pressure hose of my normal wand washer onto the trigger of this unit to make it work or do i have to have a special washer to use this cleaner?

Is there any other equipment i need to start with if not what should i look at getting in the future?

feel free to reply here or email me at eagleyelawncare@gmail.com

Thanks to all in advance for the help

How much should i charge and how do i price a job? ie. by the sq ft/yd hrs or something else.charge whatever it take to be profitable

Do i just hook the pressure hose of my normal wand washer onto the trigger of this unit to make it work or do i have to have a special washer to use this cleaner?

Is there any other equipment i need to start with if not what should i look at getting in the future? this also depends on what you are trying to wash, residential work you will be fine with a high gpm cold water rig. For commercial you will need a high gpm hot water rig
