Kubota zg23 - changing blades quick question

I just bought a used Kubota ZG23 and I want to put a different set of blades on it. Unfortunately, I don't have the manuals yet.

Can someone please tell me what size the blade bolts are and if they are normal thread direction or reversed. I'm not a professional, so any tricks to know would also be appreciated. (I.e. recommended torque, simple way to prevent blades from turning while tightening/loosening the bolts)

Not sure if the the zg23 and the zg20 are the same but my zg20 i use a air impact and the bolts turn the normal way.
