I'm wondering how many of you guys whose sites cater mainly to commercial have a "Request a Quote" page? You know, with drop down menus for type of service, type of property, etc...?
How many people actually use it instead of just calling or emailing?
When you added it to your site did you notice a difference?
We have a couple of sales contacts at our company and are constantly having to re-route leads to the proper person. This might solve some of that?
Thanks for your input!

Most of our leads come from our website.
I'd say 75% of our clients come to us through our website. THe other 25% are pretty much referrals from the 75% who found us online. We have "request an estimate" forms all over our site. This makes it much easier for prospective clients to contact us without having to search.
It is SUPER nice because the program that we use keeps track of everybody who submits online. This way, if we lose info on a lead (which NEVER happens :)), it's just a few clicks to find their info again. We use Aweber

Hey 4Seasons....just an FYI on your estimate page "Installation" is spelled wrong twice
As far as web site leads, we get a ton from our site. The leads come right to my phone too and people are always amazed that I call them 2 min after they hit the send button...
Our actual contact us page is very simple

Also pics are not downsized... take a while to load.
Yeah you might want to upgrade to the next hosting plan. It would solve that problem of slow pics
