I know the guy that is selling this exmark lazer Z Hp for $3600 dollars. I really don't have the lawns to put it to work right away, and wiill need to let it sit for a while. My primary mower is a full blown lazer and has a little over 3000 hours on it. Only about 600 hours on the motor, and new spindles. However I feel that as a backup mower/replacement for my larger machine. I would be dumb to pass this deal up. Am I working on emotion here or is the machine really that good of a deal?

I bought a sweet trailer from the guy earlier this year. I know that he takes excellent care of his equipment and this one is for sure a great deal.

not that great of a deal. you can find ztrs with 2K+ hrs all day long for that much money.

The mower I currently run has 3000 hours. The one that is in the add has 9 hours. It has been run 3 times on his private property.

First of all have you called him? I've seen countless attempts at scams on craiglist ztrs. If he doesnt tell you hes out of town, will ship it, pay online, etc, and he'll meet you, let you run it, and take cash, I'd take it (too good to pass up).

Also, it is REALLY easy to steal mowers. No one ever registers their mowers (well pretty rarely some people do), so their virtually untraceable. Just something for you to consider.

I have called and spoke to him. I know the guy personally. I bought a trailer from him earlier this year. He is uber rich just wants the mower gone. He had back surgery, and thought that his tthp would be too hard to use so he bought this, found the opposite to be true so he let the mower sit in his garage for a few years and now wants to sell it. It is no scam. I am just wondering if the price is so good that even though I can't put it to work immediately I should still buy it.

The hours certainly are low. But...

It's still a 3 year old mower.

The mower probably didn't cost much more than the asking price.

I'd offer somewhere around $4500 for it. If it breaks down during the break in period (when a whole lot of mowers do) you will be stuck fixing it out of your pocket.

Well I am sure he would take the 4500 since he is asking 3600. It has been a long rainy week here!

The mower didn't cost much more than 3800 when new? I need to move to your state. That mower with those hours around Florida would probably sale for over 5 k.

If the deal was too good to pass up why would you be here asking,
wouldn't you already have snagged it and be posting pics?

the 6000 was what they guy selling it bought it for 3 years ago. he is asking 3600. I asked him if he would hold it for me for 24 hours while I juggled some money around so i could pay him. He said that he would and if the money didn't work out he was certian that he could sell to someone else so no worries. I'll post some pictures on monday it looks as if it is that good of a deal. Thanks everyone.
