Fixed Deck set up

Hello !
I have a 48" Turbo Force fixed deck walkbehind and I am choosing the height I want to go with .
Had a quik question . Say I go with 2 3/4" ,
Is it better to have the deck lower and less spacers on the blade or have the deck higher and use spacers on the blade to get the desired height? . Maybe it makes no difference at all , but I have no idea .

Thank You for contacting Toro with height of cut question. It is best to have the blade further up into the deck this will minimize the blade making contact with debris and material. It will also serve to provide a better "stripe" as the deck housing will tend to brush the grass blades more when using this type of set-up.
