I have to give an estimate on a vacant overgrown lot here in Baltimore. There is also quite a bit of debris there, some wood, couple tires, and a shiitload of litter.
The lot is like 58 wide and 120 long. I'm guessing it will require a walk behind brush mower, weedwackers/sickles, some raking and bagging, and litter removal.
What would you guys price this at?
And since I don't currently have a walk behind rush mower, should I rent one for the job, or do you recommend buying one? If so, what kind?
Also, I am getting alot of these jobs in Baltimore, can you recommend a really rough and tough standard push mower that can withstand these urban vacant lot and building cut job?
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP!

It's pretty thick, like 2.5-4 feet high of HEAVY weeds.
