I go by sq foot. My price is 25cents /sq foot, but that all depends on your area, price usually go from 10cents to 25 cents a sq foot. Then I add extra for cracks and cleaning time.

Ya I know, it really all depends on the area, some people in my area charge 15cents, but I don't. I'm a good salesmen too, but I mean the work I do is superior then 15 cents, the quality, the guarantee I offer.

For commercial or large residential, I usually charge 15-20cents.

Residential Sealing with coal tar emulsion sealer (and using a squeegee) here in West Kentucky im charging $0.19 per square foot. This price psf would be excluding any crack sealing work. If its a big enough job that it will take two days to complete ill lower the price down to $0.18 or possibly $0.17 psf.
