Selling accounts?

Hey Ya'll
I've owned my small lawn care company for 3 years now, its payed the bills while I get through college. I've been kicking around the idea of selling all my accounts, but I really have no idea how to price them? Any input is appreciated!

around here the typical price is : each account that is cut at least 25 times a year gets paid equal to 4 times. thus a 50 dollar yard will sell for 200 dollars. that is low however it is as good as it gets. as far as equiptment...that is an added product
